Robert Sells is one of Home Access Financial's first employees. Over the past decade, Robert has counseled hundreds of families to purchase and refinance their homes and helped create and develop numerous processes and procedures that have set up apart from the competition. The majority of his business has come from repeat clients, client referrals, and realtor referrals.
Robert transitioned to be our Lead Processor and now oversees the entire loan process for all clients. He is here to guide you through your loan process, starting with the initial disclosure through closing. It is his goal to ensure that you are updated every step of the way. Robert works hand and hand to provide all of our clients make it to the closing table in a timely manner.

Week 1: Appraisal + Disclosures
We’ll order your appraisal and review disclosures together. Nothing to sign just yet—this is your review period.
Week 2–3: Underwriting
Submit your updated documents and keep your phone handy. Quick responses help speed things up.
Week 4: Final Approval
Once the appraisal and docs are cleared, you’ll receive your Closing Disclosure to review.
Week 5: Closing Day
Sign the papers, get the keys, and celebrate—you’re a homeowner!
